PECULADO POR DEMORA EN ENTREGA DE ARMAS Y MUNICIONES. El que decomise armas o municiones, o que las recibiere decomisadas y sin justa causa no las entregare a la autoridad correspondiente dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la fecha del decomiso o recibo, incurrirá por este solo hecho en arresto de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años.
