Es absolutamente prohibido vender o suministrar de cualquier modo jeringuillas o agujas hipodérmicas sin orden escrita de un médico o licenciado en medicina, dentista o veterinario graduados. En esta orden constará el nombre del comprador, no valdrá sino por una vez y debe quedar en poder del vendedor. Estos instrumentos no pueden venderse sino en una farmacia legalmente establecida.
