N. La DIAN podrá continuar tomando las acciones que considere apropiadas bajo los artículos 76H al 76M del presente decreto únicamente hasta que reciba información suficiente que le permita hacer una determinación según el artículo 3.2 3(a)(i) o (ii) del Acuerdo, según sea el caso.
