Son Funciones Del Viceministro, Además De Las Que Le Señala La Ley, Las Siguientes: A) Coordinar, Bajo La Dirección Del Ministro, Las Funciones A Cargo De Las Direcciones Generales Del Ministerio; B) Velar Por El Cumplimiento De Los Programas Y Políticas Trazados Por El Ministerio; C) Apoyar Al Ministro En La Coordinación Sectorial Y En La Tutela Sobre Las Entidades Adscritas O Vinculadas Al Ministerio; D) Las Demás Que Le Señale O Delegue El Ministro, De Acuerdo Con La Naturaleza Del Cargo

º Son funciones del Viceministro, además de las que le señala la ley, las siguientes

Coordinar, bajo la dirección del Ministro, las funciones a cargo de las Direcciones Generales del Ministerio;

Velar por el cumplimiento de los programas y políticas trazados por el Ministerio;

Apoyar al Ministro en la coordinación sectorial y en la tutela sobre las entidades adscritas o vinculadas al Ministerio;
