Cualquiera de las partes en un proceso puede suscitar la colisión de competencias, por medio de un memorial dirigido al Juez que esté conociendo de él o al que considere competente para dicho conocimiento. Si el Juez ante quien se formula la demanda la hallare fundada, provocará la colisión de competencias en la forma reglamentada en el artículo anterior.
