El Banco de la República podrá conceder a la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, un empréstito hasta por la cuantía de $ 3.500.000.00, monto del auxilio decretado por medio de la presente Ley, con el objeto de que se pueda proceder a realizar de manera inmediata las obras de irrigación previstas en el artículo 1o.
