Las empresas sociales del Estado, creadas por la Nación o por las entidades territoriales para la prestación en forma directa de servicios de salud se sujetan al régimen previsto en la Ley 100 de 1993, la Ley 344 de 1996 y en la presente ley en los aspectos no regulados por dichas leyes y a las normas que las complementen, sustituyan o adicionen.
