Art. 17°. Los remates de que habla el artículo anterior se harán a condición de edificar en ellos á lo más tarde dentro del término preciso de un año, bien entendido que si eso no sucediere, quedará de hecho insubsistente el remate, y se provocará inmediatamente nueva licitación.
