Fijación en lista del negocio . Recibida la actualización del informe de la visita técnica y resueltas las oposiciones, si las hubiere, la Subdirección de Asuntos Étnicos de la ANT o el Líder UGT verificará la procedencia legal del trámite de ampliación o saneamiento del territorio colectivo según sea el caso y fijará el negocio en lista por cinco (5) días en las oficinas de la ANT o UGT en la que se adelante el procedimiento.
