Pasajes y Prima de Instalación para familiares de fallecidos en el exterior. El derecho consagrado en el

Parágrafo

del artículo 179 del Decreto 89 de 1984, sobre pasajes y prima de instalación para la viuda e hijos legítimos del Oficial o Suboficial en servicio activo que falleciere en el exterior, sólo se refiere a los necesarios para su regreso a Colombia, siempre y cuando hubiesen estado residiendo con el Oficial o Suboficial en el lugar de su deceso y este hubiere ocurrido durante el desempeño de una misión del servicio.
