º . Determinación de vacantes. Para convocar un concurso de selección de docentes para ingreso al servicio educativo estatal, la entidad territorial certificada determinará previamente cuáles cargos vacantes definitivos serán provistos, atendiendo las disposiciones que regulan la organización de las plantas de personal. La vacancia definitiva de cargos solo podrá establecerse después de atender los requerimientos judiciales sobre reintegro de personal.
