º . Modifícase el artículo 24 del Decreto 2458 de 1997, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 24. Informe técnico. Dentro del primer trimestre de cada año, los operadores entregarán al Ministerio de Comunicaciones la siguiente información técnica: Potencia Radiada Aparente (p.r.a.), potencia nominal del equipo, la ganancia y patrón de radiación, zona de cobertura dentro del área de servicio, altura efectiva de las antenas, diagrama topológico de la red, ubicación de las estaciones base y repetidoras, con sus coordenadas geográficas (grados, minutos y segundos), informando el departamento, municipio, dirección en el área urbana y ubicación en el área rural".
