Art. 96. El día en que la cuenta de un responsable esté preparada para visita, el interesado lo avisará al empleado que deba pasarla; pero si éste no ocurriere, no por eso dejará de rendirse ó remitirse la cuenta en los términos prevenidos, expresando en el oficio remisorio el motivo por que no se hubiere practicado la visita.
