º . Estructura del Fondo de Estabilización de Precios de los Combustibles -FEPC- . El Fondo de Estabilización de Precios de los Combustibles -FEPC- creado por el artículo 69 de la Ley 1151 de 2007, funcionará como un fondo especial sin personería jurídica, adscrito y administrado por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el cual tendrá como función atenuar en el mercado interno, el impacto de las fluctuaciones de los precios de los combustibles en los mercados internacionales.
