Art. 1.° La Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional se divide en cinco secciones para el despacho de los negocios que le están adscritos, así: 1.ª Del Tesoro i negocios jenerales; 2.ª Del Crédito nacional; 3.ª De pensiones i bienes desamortizados; 4.ª De Contabilidad jeneral; i 5.ª De Obras públicas.
