En los juicios divisorios de esta clase de comunidades, vencido el término de que trata el artículo 42 de la Ley 30 de 1888, el Juez remitirá el expediente al Tribunal Superior, y éste e Sala de Decisión, hará los nombramientos indicados en el artículo 44 de la misma Ley. En el mismo acto, el Tribunal asignará los honorarios de los peritos, árbitros y administradores de la comunidad.
