º . Modifícase el artículo 9º del Decreto 25 de 2002, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 9º. Inicio de operaciones. Las centrales de conmutación de las redes que integran la Red de Telecomunicaciones del Estado, deberán iniciar operaciones el 10 de junio de 2002 en lo referente a numeración no geográfica. En lo referente a la numeración geográfica, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones definirá las fechas para el inicio de operaciones, según las necesidades del sector y del país, y de acuerdo con el esquema del presente decreto".
