Artículo transitorio 33. El período del actual Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil concluye el 30 de septiembre de 1994.

El período del Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil a que se refiere esta Constitución empezará a contarse a partir del 1 de octubre de 1994.
