En el caso de que se presenten varias propuestas para controlar la explotación de las mismas minas o yacimientos en una misma área, el Ministerio de Industrias dictará una resolución en la cual, con aplicación de las reglas que se dan en el artículo siguiente, declarará con cuál de los proponentes debe continuarse la tramitación del negocio, por haberlo escogido para tal efecto del Ministerio.
