Créditos por la transferencia de distritos de riego. La Unidad Nacional de Tierras Rurales, en Liquidación, cederá al Incoder, a título gratuito, al final de la liquidación, los créditos a su favor provenientes de la enajenación de los distritos de riego a las asociaciones de usuarios que adelantó en cumplimiento de lo señalado por el artículo 29 de la Ley 1152 de 2009.
