Art. 15. Los administradores de aduana cumplirán por su parte, respecto a los vales de quinta clase que amorticen lo prevenido en el artículo anterior, i la direccion del crédito nacional dará a dichos vales el mismo curso que a los bonos flotantes amortizados.
