Art. 2.º Un año después de puesta en ejecución la presente ley, el precio de la sal compactada quedará rebajado en un centavo en cada mes por los doce y medio kilogramos de sal, hasta llegar al precio de sesenta centavos los dichos doce y medio kilogramos. Las demás clases de sal tendrán también una rebaja proporcional por mes, á partir de la época expresada hasta llegar á los precios siguientes: la sal de caldero á treinta y cinco centavos; la vijua de primera clase á treinta; la de segunda clase á veinte, y la de tercera á quince centavos los doce y medio kilogramos.
