Artículo único. Desde la publicación del presente Decreto en el Diario Oficial el impuesto que se cobrará sobre los cigarrillos extranjeros será el de tres pesos cincuenta centavos oro por cada kilogramo. Queda en estos términos reformando el Decreto número 1046 de 4 de Septiembre de 1905. El presente Decreto se publicará en cartelones en la capital y en los lugares donde hay Aduanas y en las capitales de los Departamentos, adonde se comunicará por telégrafo.
