°. Seguimiento de la actividad del Agente Especial . De conformidad con el artículo 291 numeral 7 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero modificado por el artículo 24 de la Ley 510 de 1999, corresponde al Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras realizar el seguimiento de la actividad del Agente Especial, sin perjuicio de la vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria sobre la entidad intervenida, mientras no se disponga su liquidación.
