Los explotadores de aeródromos, así como las personas o entidades que presten los servicios de infraestructura aeronáutica, son responsables de los daños que cause la operación de los aeródromos o la prestación de los servicios citados.

Esta responsabilidad se rige por lo dispuesto en los artículos 1881, 1886 y 1887.
