Secretarios de Comisiones. Las Comisiones Constitucionales Permanentes tendrán un Secretario elegido por la respectiva Comisión. Tendrá las mismas calidades del Secretario General. Cumplirán los deberes que corresponden al ejercicio de su función y los que determinen las respectivas Mesas Directivas.
