De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1.° de la Ley 104 de 1890 , el Gobierno procederá inmediatamente á aislar el Lazareto de Agua de Dios. Consistirá este aislamiento en variar el camino público que atraviesa el Lazareto y hacer cumplir todas las indicaciones que á este respecto le haga la Junta Central de Higiene.
