La autorización de que se trata en el artículo anterior se otorgará previa comprobación de que los reglamentos de la escuela, los cursos de instrucción teóricos y prácticos, el equipo, en general, incluyendo los aeródromos, el personal docente y las tarifas de enseñanza, están perfectamente acordes con el reglamento que sobre escuelas de aviación debe dictar la comisión técnica creada por el presente Decreto.
