REUNIONES. La Junta Directiva, hará también las veces de Asamblea General de Accionistas, a la cual sustituye. Se reunirá por lo menos una vez al mes, por derecho propio o por convocatoria del Presidente de la Compañía, del Superintendente Bancario o del Revisor Fiscal de preferencia en las instalaciones de la Dirección General de la Institución. También podrá reunirse en sesiones especiales, en el lugar y fecha que señale la convocatoria que haga el Presidente de la Junta, el de la Compañía, o dos de sus miembros.
