Articulo 4º La dirección y administración del Fondo estarán a cargo de una Junta Directiva y del Superintendente de Notariado y Registro que será su representante legal. Sus funcionarios y empleados serán los que señale el Superintendente de Notariado y Registro y que formen parte del personal de dicha Superintendencia.
