Artículo único. A partir del primero de diciembre próximo, créase la Oficina Postal y Telegráfica de Arboledas, Corregimiento del Municipio de Pensilvania, Departamento de Caldas, servida por un Telegrafista-Administrador de Correos, con sueldo mensual de $ 60.00, y nómbrase para desempeñar el cargo a Manuel J. Rodríguez.

Parágrafo

El gasto que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputará al capítulo 77, artículo 1428 de las apropiaciones vigentes del Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos. Comuníquese y publíquese.
