El producto líquido que se obtenga de los sorteos anuales extraordinarios autorizados por el artículo segundo de esta Ley, sea que se administren y se organicen directamente por la Junta de que trata el parágrafo único del artículo segundo de esta Ley, o que se contrate su administración, se dedicará en su totalidad a financiar la terminación del Estadio y la Plaza de Mercado de Chiquinquirá.
