Ley 1725 de 2014 · por medio de la cual se crea la estampilla Prodesarrrollo Instituto Tecnológico del Putumayo y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Autorícese al departamento del Putumayo, para recaudar los valores producidos por el uso de la estampilla Prodesarrollo Instituto Tecnológico del Putumayo (ITP).

Parágrafo 1

El traslado de los recursos provenientes de la estampilla al Instituto Tecnológico del Putumayo (ITP), o del ente que haga sus veces en ningún caso superará los treinta (30) días siguientes al recaudo respectivo.

Parágrafo 2

Los recaudos ordenados en la presente ley serán consignados por el recaudador en cuenta especial al Instituto Tecnológico del Putumayo (ITP) o del ente que haga sus veces.
