A todo reo, hombre o mujer, se le llevará una cuenta de jornales o salarios que se graduarán de cero a veinte centavos diarios, según sus aptitudes, la energía con que trabaje, su obediencia y buena conducta. No se les computará salario en los días feriados, ni en aquellos en que cometan alguna falta digna de castigo dejen de trabajar.
