Asignación del factor municipal . Adóptense los siguientes valores para el factor m en aquellos municipios y distritos donde actualmente la competencia para expedir licencias es de los curadores urbanos:

Parágrafo

De conformidad con lo establecido en el presente decreto, el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio determinará mediante resolución el factor municipal para la liquidación de las expensas de los municipios que decidan designar curadores urbanos por primera vez. (Decreto 1469 de 2010, artículo 119)
