Art. 423. Si notificado el Capitan del buque de que debe salir del puerto, no lo verificare, fuera de los casos de mal tiempo o de otra circustacia urgente e imprevista, se pondrá a bordo la custodia que el Jefe del Resguardo juzgue conveniente, cuyo costo será de cargo del Capitan o consignatario en subsidio.
