Los Inspectores del Ministerio de Agricultura y los de Salud Pública se encargaran de vigilar el expendio de los productos de que trata el presente Decreto, verificando que dichos productos tengan la licencia respectiva, y que los envases y literatura correspondan a los autorizados y que la venta se realice en los establecimientos y condiciones que más adelante se señalan.
