Modificase parcialmente el artículo 5º del Decreto 373 de 2006 en el sentido de que el régimen salarial del Gerente Liquidador del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, en Liquidación, será fijado por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público en los términos y condiciones previstos en el Decreto 1863 de 1999.
