º . El gravamen de que trata el literal a) del artículo 7º de la Ley 56 de 1981, no se extiende a las entidades que generan energía eléctrica para su consumo propio y no para la venta al público. Tampoco respecto de las pequeñas plantas móviles de generación que presten servicios en las Intendencias y Comisarías o en otros sitios apartados del territorio nacional y no estén interconectadas al sistema eléctrico nacional.
