Los Capitanes de los buques que lleguen a los puertos francos, deberán entregar, en el acto de la visita de entrada, sus respectivas patentes de navegación, las cuales les serán devueltas a bordo luegos que hayan obtenido la licencia para levar anclas, de acuerdo con el artículo 422 del Código fiscal.
