Definición de las participaciones. La UPME con base en las cifras de producción, demanda, y capacidad del año inmediatamente anterior comprendido entre el 1° de enero y el 31 de diciembre, determinará la participación de los miembros representantes ante el Consejo Nacional de Operación de Gas Natural, CNO. Dicho estudio debe ser publicado antes del 1° de marzo del año en consideración. La nueva conformación del CNO iniciará sus atribuciones a partir del 30 de abril del año en consideración.
