DISTRIBUCION DE LOS RECURSOS DE LOS FONDOS DE INVERSIONES PARA EL DESARROLLO REGIONAL. Para los gastos de funcionamiento de las Unidades Técnicas y de los Consejos Regionales sólo se destinarán los siguientes porcentajes de los recursos de los Fondos

En la región de la Costa Atlántica, durante 1986, hasta un diez por ciento, porcentaje que se disminuirá en un punto porcentual cada año, de tal manera que a partir de 1991 el límite máximo quede establecido en un cinco por ciento;

En las demás regiones de planificación hasta un dieciocho por ciento.
