Lugar donde debe cumplirse la sanción. Recibida la copia de la sentencia, el Director General de Prisiones señalará el establecimiento donde el condenado debe cumplir la sanción y dará aviso de ello al Juez sentenciador. Igualmente, oficiará al Juez, a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y al Fiscal General de la Nación sobre cualquier traslado del preso que haga de un establecimiento a otro.
