Tarifa a los usuarios. Las entidades prestadoras de servicios de salud se abstendrán de discriminar al usuario afiliado al sistema de seguridad social en salud, en especial, cuando se trate de procedimientos o medicamentos excluidos del Plan Obligatorio de Salud. Bajo este principio, las tarifas que le apliquen deberán ser notificadas previamente al usuario y no podrán ser superiores en más de un treinta por ciento (30%) de aquellas que la institución aplica en promedio ponderado a las entidades aseguradoras que den cobertura a esta clase de servicios.

Estas tarifas deberán estar disponibles para el usuario y para las entidades de control.
