Los Diputados de las entidades enumeradas en el ordinal h) del artículo 1° del presente Decreto, además de cumplir con los requisitos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, deben pertenecer a la correspondiente sociedad, asociación, federación u organización en la fecha del presente Decreto, excepción hecha del Diputado correspondiente a los organismos nacionales de sindicatos, que podrá no pertenecer a dichas organizaciones.
