Operaciones de las entidades vigiladas matrices. Las entidades vigiladas matrices podrán actuar como miembros liquidadores de operaciones que se compensen, liquiden o garanticen en una cámara de riesgo central de contraparte, que hayan sido transados por sus entidades filiales o subsidiarias, o por los fondos, fondos de inversión colectiva, patrimonios autónomos, encargos fiduciarios o portafolios de terceros administrados por estas, siempre que dichas operaciones estén establecidas en el reglamento de la respectiva cámara de riesgo central de contraparte autorizado por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia
