Art 1° La administración del camino de| herradura de Buenaventura al valle del Cauca seguirá á cargo del Gobierno, quien para todo lo relacionado con ese camino será representado en el departamento del Cauca por un empleado que se llamara Inspector del camino de herradura con la asignación de doscientos pesos ($ 200) de sueldo mensuales.
