Se portearán igualmente a costa de los interesados los telegramas sobre averiguación o detención de personas que se fuguen del hogar doméstico, salvo que se trate de la detención de menores, caso en el cual se admitirán telegramas libres de porte hasta un máximo de cincuenta (50) palabras.
