El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y el Contralor General de la República, directamente o por medio de las oficinas y empleados de su dependencia, prestarán a la compañía aseguradora la cooperación y apoyo necesarios. Principalmente en cuanto se refiere a la supervigilancia de las personas responsables cuyas consignaciones esté garantizando, así como a la efectividad de las primas de seguro y de las sumas y valores que resulta a cargo de ellas.
