Aprópiase la partida hasta de cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40.000), que se incluirá en la Ley de Apropiaciones de la próxima vigencia fiscal, para dar cumplimiento al artículo anterior.

Parágrafo 1

De la suma de cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40.000) de que trata este artículo, se destinarán cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000) para concluir el edificio del Colegio de la Presentación, y cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000) para embellecer la Iglesia Mayor de Nuestra Señora de Santa Ana en la ciudad de Ocaña.

Parágrafo 2

Las sumas anteriores serán entregadas, para su distribución, a la Junta Municipal de Obras Públicas y de Embellecimiento de la ciudad de Ocaña.
